PhysicalQuantity
A PhysicalQuantity is a measure of some quantifiable aspect of the modeled world, such as 'the earth's diameter' (a constant length) and 'the stress in a loaded deformable solid' (a measure of stress, which is a function of three spatial coordinates). All PhysicalQuantities are either ConstantQuantities or FunctionQuantities. Measurement is the estimation of the magnitude of some attribute of an object, such as its length or weight, relative to a unit of measurement. Les dispositions constitutionnelles de nombreux pays contiennent une référence expresse au principe de dignité de la personne humaine. Pour s'en rendre compte il suffit d'analyser quelques textes. Nous distinguerons les Constitutions des pays de l'Europe de l'Ouest (a), les Constitutions des pays de l'Europe de l'Est (b), et les Constitutions de quelques pays non européens (c).

a)Les Constitutions des pays de l'Europe de l'Ouest
En Allemagne, la Loi Fondamentale, adoptée le 23 mai 1949, place la dignité au premier rang des droits fondamentaux. Après avoir rappelé la responsabilité du peuple allemand dans le cadre de la seconde guerre mondiale, son article 1er dispose que «la dignité de l'être humain est intangible. Tout pouvoir public est tenu de la respecter et de la protéger». L'article 2 est également intitulé : «Dignité de la personne humaine».188(*)

Errors in measurement
Measurement is the basis of scientific study. All measurements are, however, approximate values (not true values) within the limitation of measuring device, measuring environment, process of measurement and human error. We seek to minimize uncertainty and hence error to the extent possible.
Further, there is important aspect of reporting measurement. It should be consistent, systematic and revealing in the context of accuracy and precision. We must understand that an error in basic quantities propagate through mathematical formula leading to compounding of errors and misrepresentation of quantities.
Errors are broadly classified in two categories :
